Biography

At a very young age, Rachel has taken over the stage. Rachel began singing solo in theatres, auditioning since the age of eleven, and has developed a huge repertoire from 11 years of experience. In the years of 2007-2008, when Rachel was just seventeen, she became a student at The Academy Of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Surrey where she studied more about the career she had always wanted to do. .Since then, Rachel is now very much within the music industry working alongside other musicians including function bands and other vocalists.

Rachel currently works as a professional singer for a couple of very successful function bands performing at prestigious weddings, parties and charity events performing a wide mixture of songs from the 60's to present, motown and soul. She is also working as a session singer, recording her vocals on songs to be released in the USA and Europe. Alongside Rachel's function band work and session work, she is also part of the highly recommended High On Heels Company. High On Heels perform in the UK and regularly provide entertainment at overseas events for corporate parties and prestigious clubs, performing a high energy dance set with some of the most talented female musicians and vocalists in the music industry today. Rachel has also had other experience working overseas. In the summer season of 2010, Rachel worked in Rhodes, Greece, performing as a professional singer on the island and in the Rhodes Town famous Colorado Club Entertainment Centre with a live band. Throughout Rachel's singing career, she has also experienced working in an original band. Rachel was the lead singer of an original six piece band called 'The Bushy Tail'. The band merged a soul, funk, reggae genre which was where she put her song writing abilities to the stage. Alongside Rachel's sparkling charisma and striking presence, her professionalism outshines along with her powerful vocal talents and versatility in the music industry.
